CBD Matcha Pops
- Approx 2 1/3 cups Oat Mylk (or any other plant mylk- coconut would be delicious too!)
- 3 servings Golde Turmeric Matcha (or any high quality powdered matcha)
- 3mL Groove Juice
- Optional: 1 tbsp Agave or maple syrup for sweetener
You're going to essentially be making 3 matcha lattes. If you already have a preferred method for this, go right ahead! We found this to be best:
Put the matcha powder into a shallow dish or cup. Pour a small amount of water or oat mylk over the powder (enough to just cover the powder). Whisk using a matcha whisk or a metal whisk. Once it is thoroughly combined, combine the matcha with the rest of the oat mylk in a liquid measuring cup (or anything with a pour top). This is when you'd add the sweetener if you're using one. Then squeeze in 3mL of Groove Juice into the mix and thoroughly combine.
NOTE: The CBD in Groove Juice is water soluble so it will fully combine with the mixture. Oil CBD will sit on top and you won't get an even dispersion.
Now you're ready to pour into your popsicle molds! If you're using a silicone mold, make sure to have it on a cutting board or some other steady flat surface that fits in your freezer. They tend to be really floppy and you'll likely spill your mixture if you try to transport it to the freezer without something under it (like us on our first try).
Stick them in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-8 hours before consuming. Hope you have fun with these and that you love them as much as we do!
